The development includes expansive green spaces, sunlit terraces, and a 1.5 lakh sq. ft. clubhouse designed to accommodate wellness, leisure, work, and social activities under one roof.
The real estate firm plans to develop a premium housing project on the site. Based on internal estimates, the project could offer a build potential of roughly 1.5 million square feet.
The future Bandra-Versova Sea Link (BVSL) will increase connectivity with Bandra and South Mumbai, further increasing the real estate value of the locality.
The Yelahanka project will have approximately 1.5 million square feet of saleable area and will comprise primarily premium residential apartments and high-street retail.
The company bagged its first residential project in January 2024 with the launch of ‘Godrej Madison Avenue’ on Golden Mile Road, Kokapet, Hyderabad.
